精密(mi)齒(chi)輪齒(chi)條加工(gong)定制(zhi) 齒(chi)條(tiao)是(shi)一種齒(chi)分布于條(tiao)形體上的特殊(shu)齒(chi)輪。齒(chi)條(tiao)也(ye)分直(zhi)齒(chi)齒(chi)條(tiao)和斜齒(chi)齒(chi)條(tiao),分別與直(zhi)齒(chi)圓(yuan)柱齒(chi)輪和斜齒(chi)圓(yuan)柱齒(chi)輪配對使(shi)用; 齒(chi)條(tiao)的齒(chi)廓(kuo)為直(zhi)線(xian)而非漸(jian)開(kai)線(xian)(對齒(chi)面而言(yan)則為平面),相當于分度圓(yuan)半徑為無窮大圓(yuan)柱齒(chi)輪。 齒條是與(yu)齒輪(lun)相配的(de)一(yi)種條形零件。它等(deng)于直(zhi)徑(jing)無限大(da)的(de)一(yi)個齒輪(lun)周緣的(de)一(yi)段(duan)。一(yi)邊均勻分布著許多(duo)齒,與(yu)齒輪(lun)相嚙(nie)合(he),將轉動(dong)(dong)變為(wei)移動(dong)(dong),或將移動(dong)(dong)變為(wei)轉動(dong)(dong)。 (1) 由于(yu)齒(chi)(chi)(chi)條齒(chi)(chi)(chi)廓為(wei)直線,所以齒(chi)(chi)(chi)廓上各點具有相同的(de)壓力角,且等于(yu)齒(chi)(chi)(chi)廓的(de)傾斜角,此角稱為(wei)齒(chi)(chi)(chi)形(xing)角,標(biao)準值為(wei)20°,目前定位齒(chi)(chi)(chi)條多(duo)為(wei)斜齒(chi)(chi)(chi),齒(chi)(chi)(chi)形(xing)角19°31′42″。 (2) 與齒(chi)頂線平(ping)行的(de)任一條直線上具(ju)有相(xiang)同(tong)的(de)齒(chi)距和模數。 (3) 與(yu)齒(chi)頂線平(ping)行且齒(chi)厚等于齒(chi)槽寬的直(zhi)線稱為(wei)分度線(中線),它是計算齒(chi)條尺寸的基準線。 目前自動化設備主要以斜齒條為主,具有精(jing)度高、扭矩(ju)大等特點。
